Appointment Policy
  • To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings. This fee helps us manage our schedule fairly and ensures our time is reserved just for you.
  • The deposit will be applied toward any purchases made during your visit. If no purchase is made, the fee will go toward covering practitioner time and clinic resources.
  • We apply this policy consistently to be fair to all our valued clients.
  • Colonic courses are non-refundable.

  • Courses purchased from 01/02/2024 onwards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Courses purchased before 01/02/2024 remain valid for 12 months.

  • Treatments not used within the valid timeframe will be forfeited.

  • We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to help you reschedule when needed.

  • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

  • Missed appointments without any notice will incur a 100% charge of the booked treatment or result in the loss of one session from your treatment package.

    If calling and we are unavailable, please leave a voicemail with your full name, contact number, and reason for your call.  
  • Please aim to arrive 10–15 minutes early for your appointment.

  • If you are delayed by more than 10 minutes, this time may be deducted from your treatment session.

  • Please notify us if you expect to be late.

  • We accept cash and card payments.
  • If paying cash on the day, a deposit is still required in advance to secure your booking.

At Sozo Klenz, your safety and wellbeing are our top priorities. To ensure we provide the most appropriate and effective treatment, all clients are required to complete our online intake form in advance of their appointment.

Why the Form is Required
  • The form includes important medical information that helps our practitioners determine the safest and most suitable treatment for you. All information provided is kept strictly confidential and handled in accordance with privacy laws.
Failure to Complete the Form
  • If the intake form is not completed prior to your appointment, we will be unable to proceed with treatment
  • Failure to disclose any relevant medical information may result in being unable to proceed with your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, and you may be charged the full service amount if your form is not completed prior to your appointment.

Returning Clients

  • If you have not visited Sozo Klenz within the last 6 months, you are required to submit a new intake form prior to your appointment to ensure we have up-to-date information.
  • We kindly ask that children and babies not be brought to the clinic during appointments. This policy is in place to ensure everyone’s safety, due to the types of treatments, equipment and insurance regulations. For this reason, all clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we will verify your age upon arrival.
  • If you wish to bring someone with you to your appointment, please notify us in advance.
  • Due to space and safety considerations, we kindly ask that no more than one additional person accompanies you.
  • Unannounced guests may be asked to wait outside or reschedule with you, as we strive to maintain a calm, private, and professional environment for all clients.
